So this chair includes:
- Inflatable lumbar support that is height adjustable, to suit your own lower back curve and depth
- Armrests that can be adjusted in height, width and depth to support your arms by your side and allow you to relax your shoulders, relieving tension build up in the neck, shoulders, wrists and arms
- Seat height and depth adjustability so you can set it to your own sitting height and support your thighs
- Backrest and seat angle adjustment so you can adapt it to your own ideal working posture
